Nice and Serious is a film production company based in London. We specialise in making films about environmental issues and sustainability. We pride ourselves as being a new generation of company that holds sustainable principles in high regard, whilst never compromising on the quality of our services.

Our mission is to bring sustainability to life. It's all very well having a snappy mission statement, but what do we mean by 'bringing sustainability to life'? Let us explain. On paper sustainability is a complex and often intangible concept - plucked from the fanciful minds of academics and activists. Its boundaries are too wide and its timescales are too distant to have relevance in everyday life. Yet at its core it's all about sustaining life - a simple idea that every man, woman and child can relate to. The problem is that far-reaching concepts don't transfer well to paper, unless you're an exceptionally talented writer.

From our research and experience we believe that film is the most effective way to captivate, engage and galvanise an audience with sustainability. It all boils down to the age-old phrase that seeing is believing. By literally showing an audience both the problems and the solutions, they are more likely to understand and engage an issue.
